**Job Title**: Oracle Demantra (On-Premise) Techno-Functional

**Job Profile**: Techno-Functional Consultant / Lead / SME

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues related to Demantra workflows, collections, and forecasting engines.
- Collaborate with business users to understand planning requirements and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform technical troubleshooting related to integration with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems.
- Monitor and maintain Demantra collections, workflow failures, and engine run schedules.
- Perform configuration updates, patch analysis, and regression testing as needed.
- Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, knowledge base articles, and root cause analyses.
- Support system enhancements, version upgrades, and performance tuning activities.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** 7+ years** of hands-on experience in **Oracle Demantra (On-Premise)** as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of **demand planning**, **forecasting models**, and **integration with EBS** (especially ASCP and INV).
- Proficient in **PL/SQL**, workflow troubleshooting, collection scripts, and performance tuning.
- Experience in support projects, working with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities during **PST time zone** hours (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules** (e.g., ASCP, INV, PO) is a plus.
- Exposure to **Demantra upgrade or migration projects** is a bonus.
