Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience in resolving complex technical issues via phone and ticketing systems
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Layer 2/3 protocols
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information
  • Ability to work independently to resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Self-motivated team player with strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Experience with DDI solutions and working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Understanding of network administration, system administration, and enterprise infrastructure support
  • Ability to handle outage calls and collaborate with engineering teams for escalations
