Technical Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to take up the position of Technical Expert. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to customers and driving resolutions across various teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer issues and identify root causes to drive resolutions.
  • Provide technical support and address issues escalated by junior staff.
  • Manage customer queries related to product configuration and operation on a timely basis.
  • Document customer requests and track their progress.
  • Conduct post-incident analysis to identify preventive measures.
  • Keep customers informed about server status.
  • Work with internal teams in a consultative capacity.
  • Develop skills through simulations and training sessions.
  • Advise on product best practices for better supportability.

Requirements:

  • AWS, Google Cloud or On-Premises experience is mandatory.
  • Degree in engineering or a related field is required.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Cloud services management (AWS, Google Cloud and On-Premises) is highly desirable.
  • Jenkins, CICD, VMware, networking knowledge is necessary.
  • Experience in Ansible is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of technical support experience and at least 2 years of L2 support experience.
  • Ability to manage shift hours and resources effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and skills.
  • Programming background preferred.
