Job Title: Expert Technical Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic visions into tactical plans.
  • Develop and implement robust architecture designs using microservices-based approaches and cloud-native technologies.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on software development, DevOps practices, and containerization techniques.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Mentor and lead technical teams in solution design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, applying knowledge to drive business growth and competitiveness.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or engineering.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, driving technical strategy and innovation.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (Git).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a track record of successful team management.

  • Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations.
  • Background in project management and delivery, with experience in managing budgets and timelines.
