Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, and contributing to process optimization.

  • Manage and oversee daily ERP operations across various modules.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting for maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share management information system (MIS) reports and dashboards as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using ERP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • A good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Graduate degree in Commerce, Management, IT, or Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) and have prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries.
