We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales efforts in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will conduct market research and gather intelligence on competitor activity and market trends.
  • You will identify potential high-prescribers and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate data management.
  • You will maintain relationships with key customers, including doctors, chemists, and stockists.
  • You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical products and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in implementing and analyzing sales and marketing plans.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software applications.
