
Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

A Pharmaceutical Sales Professional is needed to promote and sell our company's products to healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities:- Product Promotion: Effectively promote our company's products to achieve sales targets in your designated territory.
- Market Strategy: Implement market and business strategies designed by management to drive sales growth.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on our company's and competitors' products to the product management team.
- Territory Management: Identify potential markets and customers within your territory and manage stockiest and C&F effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Achieve a daily doctor call average of 10+1, maintain MCR coverage of 95% and above, and ensure chemist call average of minimum 5 per day.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed the budgeted yearly performance metric (YPM) for your territory.
- Expense Management: Timely submission of expense statements.
- Education: A degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
