About Our Business Development Opportunity

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Trade Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The job requires handling multiple state-based business planning in line with greater strategy for trade expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth through various trade channels
  • Implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness and targeted advertising campaigns
  • Conduct market research and identify key opportunities to expand our tea category presence
  • Drive short-term and long-term market penetration strategies to maximize sales potential

The ideal candidate will have

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in trade sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry
  • Familiarity with trade platforms and retail chains
  • Strong business planning and analytical skills to inform strategic decisions

We are looking for someone who can
