About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned Department Head to oversee our housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a skilled team of housekeeping staff, providing expert guidance and training to guarantee seamless operations.
- Closely inspect all areas to identify and rectify any issues related to cleanliness and maintenance, upholding our hotel's high standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures, streamlining processes to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, minimizing waste and maximizing resource allocation.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is highly desirable.
