Centre Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled Centre Operations Lead to oversee the daily management of our children's indoor play center and party venue in India.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all client interactions and guest relations, ensuring exceptional customer service experience.
  • Coordinate event planning from inquiry to execution, supervising various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and repair services.
  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Address client complaints and grievances professionally.
  • Supervise and lead staff, coordinating their activities for seamless centre operations.
  • Develop standardized processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and maintain basic financial records for the centre.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of services.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record in handling operations and leading teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
