Investment Banking Specialist Role

We are seeking highly motivated professionals to fill the role of Investment Banking Specialist. As an Investment Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently, meeting operational targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performing transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines, adhering to governance and compliance mechanisms established with the client, and working in client-assigned shifts with flexibility.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in BPO/BPM or MBA (Finance) freshers from the 2024 batch with final mark sheet and degree certificate. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of investment banking concepts, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts based on client timings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute day-to-day investment banking processes efficiently.
  • Meet operational targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform transactions as per defined guidelines and timelines.
  • Adhere to governance and compliance mechanisms established with the client.
  • Work in client-assigned shifts with flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of full-time experience in the BPO/BPM industry, preferably in the investment banking domain.
  • MBA (Finance) fresher – 2024 pass-out with mark sheet and degree certificate (DC) in hand.
  • Strong understanding of investment banking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts based on client timings.
Preferred Skills:
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Prior exposure to client-facing or high-volume transaction roles is a plus.
