Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CA Fresher Nonvoice. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, with a focus on resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will have a high-level understanding of our product portfolio, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes. They will be a confident self-starter, with excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.

In this role, you will work under general supervision, with limited level of discretion in decision making. You will be responsible for solving some straightforward problems and working towards meeting established procedures. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Liaise with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of our product portfolio, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and guidance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English (Spoken & Written)
  • Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems and processes
  • Great attention to detail and multitasking
  • Experience from a similar role would be an advantage
