Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic CA Fresher to join our team at Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd. in Bengaluru. Qualifications and Skills

  • Financial Management:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing and managing the annual budget, forecasting future revenue and expenses.
  • Financial Analysis: Analysing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and presenting findings to management.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in taxation laws to ensure compliance and guide the company in tax-related matters efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
  • Auditing procedures knowledge to conduct thorough reviews of financial records and ensure accuracy. (Mandatory skill)
  • Excel proficiency is crucial for managing and analyzing data, creating spreadsheets, and automating tasks for efficiency.
  • Understanding of accounting standards to ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and conform to regulatory requirements.
  • MIS reporting skills to prepare and present management information system reports that support business decision-making processes.
  • Cash flow management to monitor and manage the company's cash position, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
  • Cost management skills to identify, analyze, and manage the company's cost structure effectively, promoting cost-efficiency and profitability.
