Job Description:

MIS & reporting

  • Preparation of detailed Strategic plan (5 year plan), annual budget, rolling forecast, monthly/ quarterly MIS, reporting actual spend and variances against plan / forecast
  • Tracking and update of Program level development timeline / activities
  • Periodic GL review, book closure, compliance with statutory / internal audit
  • Contract / agreement review
  • Review of Business cases
  • Rate negotiations with R & D service vendors
  • Filing of statutory returns

Required Experience /Educational Qualification: CA - Fresher

CFT collaboration / co-ordination

  • Interaction and support to Cross functional teams across organisation to achieve R&D objective
  • Periodic preparation and update to joint development partners on program spends

Knowledge / skill set

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and quick thinking
  • Working experience on accounting software like Oracle or SAP (GL / FICO), well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
  • Team player
