Your Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes from requisition review to business and finance approval.
  • Facilitate three-way match processing via invoice workbench exceptions, researching and resolving any tax, sourcing, receipt, and budget issues.
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve open cases within internal support channels, utilizing platforms like Slack and ServiceNow.
  • Assume responsibility for corporate procurement card (P-Card) administration, including new applications, limit management, and routine card/expense maintenance using Amex@Work and SAP Concur.
  • Prepare and present monthly P-Card spend reports to track usage, identify trends, and maintain compliance with policy.
  • Support gathering documentation for SOX and financial audits as required.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for shared service groups, providing training and dedicated support regarding their various business needs.
  • Coordinate approval processes for contract worker and vendor access requests via Workday in collaboration with HR and relevant business units.

Requirements:

  • Proven understanding of large ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in handling Procure to Pay business processes and vendor management (eProcurement, Purchasing and Accounts Payable) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspaces (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent customer focus with effective verbal and written communication skills.
