Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

This role requires a leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as management skills to lead a team of 50 resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for yearly financial planning, monthly forecasting of revenue and all cost lines, including head count, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets, utilization levels, etc.

They will also supervise team targets/budgets, course corrections against plan vs actual, client-wise presentation of monthly financials, and key financial levers.

In addition, the candidate will manage multiple partners, support metrics reporting, and be involved in hiring, structured learning paths, and operations mentorship for the team.

Qualifications we seek include a CA Inter or ICWA Inter certification, a Post Graduate or MBA Finance degree, and meaningful work experience.

Preferred qualifications include excellent written and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle team and client discussions.

Macros/VBA is an added advantage.
