Lead Financial Planner Role

  • Looking for a seasoned financial professional to lead our FP&A team, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will oversee the development and implementation of financial plans, forecasts, and variance analysis. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and team management will be instrumental in driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Lead a large FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive performance reviews and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost per unit (CPI).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Post Graduate / MBA Finance (B.Com Graduation)
  • Meaningful work experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle team and client discussions.
