Senior Business Development Manager

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our PaaS & SaaS solution sales efforts in BFSI, Retail, Pharma/Healthcare sectors. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences or related field is a must.
- Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with a strong understanding of the BFSI, Retail, Pharma/Healthcare industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customers across India and overseas.
