Job Title: Process Director

Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Director to lead our team in the development and implementation of process engineering solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, with a minimum of 18-20 years of experience in a consultancy organization or technical services department of a Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Lifesciences company.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of process engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 18-20 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in chemical engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
