Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our HR operations.
This role is critical in managing employee attendance records, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts, while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance records, ensuring timely submission of timesheets.
- Payroll Administration: Process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.), and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Leave Management: Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent policy implementation.
- Employee Support: Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
- End-to-End Support: Provide support for HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
- Offer Rollouts: Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
- Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
