Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Prov HR Solutions Private Limited Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales by planning and implementing organization strategies to achieve targets through a set of assigned Retail Individual Financial Agents. You will also be responsible for advising distributors on suitable products, analyzing asset allocation, and customizing approaches for focused selling.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Responsible for sales for a set of IFA's mapped to you.
  2. Responsible for advising distributors on suitable products as per the requirement of their investor.
  3. Visibility with distributors through telephone calls, one-to-one meetings, regular dissemination of marketing material, mailers, and group meetings.
  4. Should be completely updated on various products and market situation and scenario.
  5. Responsible for distributor servicing for assigned distributors.
  6. Should be sensitive to their needs in terms of product updates, query resolution, and ensure proper follow-up.
  7. Take steps for development of long term relationship/association with key/potential distributors to generate repetitive business.
  8. Should be able to close sales calls by working closely with more experienced sales representatives in case of need required.
  9. Responsible for maintaining data of all distributors assigned, find out strategies to counter competition in the market.
  10. Create awareness and build brand by organizing events, conferences, and product sessions for distributors.
  11. Ensure distributors are trained on all products and operational procedures and informed on regulatory changes on a regular basis.
  12. Soft skills training in terms of communication, motivation, etc. for distributors, specially for smaller/one man location.
