The role of Lead Platform Administrator involves leading a team to ensure the reliability, scalability and maintainability of application platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team and administrating Salesforce implementation
  • Providing Level 2 support for the Salesforce platform and guiding junior administrators
  • Supporting user queries and training on new functionalities launched by the development team
  • Managing all aspects of user and license management including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and sharing settings
  • Migrating and loading data into Salesforce
  • Integrating Salesforce with other applications and systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues in a timely manner and managing projects following agile best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Salesforce experience with Sales Cloud, Lightning Force, Visual Force, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, APEX and SOAP/REST API
  • Advanced Administrator, App Builder and Platform Developer certifications are required
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator and 3 years' experience leading teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis and software applications
  • High energy and passion for the job with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and resourcefulness
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments
  • Good knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and Devops processes
  • Experience with JIRA or Azure Devops is advantageous
