Job Description
\We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our Salesforce platform.
\The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage data integrity, support users, and enhance system capabilities.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others as applicable.
- Handle user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and licenses.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
- Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing and deduplication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide ongoing support and training.
- Implement configuration changes including custom fields, page layouts, record types, custom objects, etc.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure platform compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with developers and other administrators on system upgrades and customizations.
- Stay current on Salesforce updates and best practices to drive innovation.
