Our organization seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Developer/Lead to collaborate with project teams and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform configuration and customization, as well as experience integrating the platform with other applications or data management systems.

This role involves working closely with team members, business analysts, QA analysts, and project managers to design, develop, test, and support custom Salesforce applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and supporting custom Salesforce applications using Service Cloud, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Experience Sites pages, API/Web Services, Salesforce Metadata API as appropriate.
  • Performing Salesforce configuration and administrative functions as required.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Mavens and Salesforce best practices.
  • Supporting the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery.
  • Configuring the Salesforce application based on business requirements.
  • Developing custom applications using Apex Triggers & Classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Designing and developing API-driven or Web Service-driven system integration on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experienced in designing bulk data migration mechanisms on Salesforce.
  • Applying best practices and experience to build Salesforce applications.
  • Developing estimates for projects/user stories.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications or data management platforms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex Triggers & Classes, Visualforce, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS.
  • Knowledge of Mavens and Salesforce best practices.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
