Job Overview

A Senior Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions that meet our customers' business needs. These technologies include but are not limited to products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.

This role requires a technical architect who can think critically and solve problems efficiently. The ideal candidate has a broad and deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, systems architecture, and design patterns.

The successful candidate will take pride in designing scalable, performance-driven solutions that stand up to high volumes and won't fail at critical points. They will have a strong background in design and development of large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
  • Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
  • Follow and help define coding standards and lead code reviews during projects
  • Manage the technical delivery of custom development integrations and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
  • Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
