Location : Required - 10-18 Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, particularly within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

This role requires hands-on experience in designing and delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements, especially within Commercial IT and the Pharmaceutical Sales domain.

As a senior technical leader, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning through implementation, integrate diverse technologies with Salesforce, and mentor team members while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and technical Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and related technologies.

- Build and customize modules, dashboards, APIs, and database functions to align with business objectives and platform standards.

- Deeply understand and apply Salesforce ecosystem strategies, including compliance with technical standards, architecture principles, and development policies.

- Optimize performance and maintain system integrity while adhering to Salesforce Governor Limits and coding best practices.

- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client goals.

- Architect and integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and third-party platforms.

- Develop advanced customizations and automation using tools within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud suite.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing knowledge in Marketing Cloud, integration techniques, and Salesforce best practices.

- Drive technical planning, requirement analysis, and stakeholder collaboration during the early phases of project lifecycles.

- Lead and manage development teams to deliver high-quality solutions through active collaboration with internal teams and clients.

- Provide specialized Salesforce solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education sectors, leveraging the platforms capabilities to address unique business Skills and Requirements

- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).

- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce API integrations.

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and design.

- At least 2 years in a technical leadership or architect role.

- Proven capability to lead Salesforce teams and manage complex implementations.

- Deep understanding of data modeling, database design principles, and Salesforce security and

compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including PaaS/IaaS components, Azure Functions, DevOps, and ARM/Bicep templates.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts in both verbal and written form.

- Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Demonstrated success in projects within the Commercial IT and Pharma Sales domain - this industry experience is Qualifications :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Marketing Cloud Developer, or Application Architect.

- Experience in enterprise-level integrations, including middleware and cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
