Job Title: Vehicle Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our vehicle delivery operations. As a Vehicle Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are delivered on schedule, monitoring delivery processes, and maintaining accurate tracking logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track Vehicles: Ensure that vehicles are delivered on schedule and in good condition.
  • Monitor Delivery Processes: Identify any deviations from standard procedures and report them to management immediately.
  • Maintain Accurate Tracking Logs: Keep detailed records of vehicle movements and ensure that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Work Extended Hours: Be available to work extended hours as required to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with drivers, teams, and management to coordinate logistics and ensure successful deliveries.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
