Vehicle Support Associate

This position involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and issues regarding vehicles. Key responsibilities include collaborating with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to resolve problems promptly.
Key Responsibilities:- Contacting Customers: Engage with customers who have reported vehicle-related concerns.
- Providing Accurate Information: Offer precise details on warranty coverage, claims, and service procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Warranty Claim Management: Process and track warranty claims, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide initial technical guidance based on customer feedback.
- Issue Resolution: Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved.
Eligible candidates will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of vehicle systems. Relevant experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is preferred. Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Requirements:- Graduate degree from any stream
- Experience in customer support or automotive services (1–3 years)
- Language proficiency in English
