The Technical Project Manager plays a vital role in overseeing end-to-end project management for client implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops expertise in solutions and platforms to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborates with clients and colleagues to create scope of work plans and documentation.
  • Leverages knowledge to lead planning sessions, ensuring consensus on task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies.
  • Creates and communicates detailed project plans, maintaining accurate progress tracking.
  • Prepares project reports for regular meetings as required.
  • IDentifies and tracks project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Maintains workflow momentum, ensuring team members meet project goals accurately and on time.
  • Serves as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
  • Ensures project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
