  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions.
  • Analyze business operations, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions to enhance performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends in digital transformation and assess their potential impact on GBS operations.
