Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms, with a proven track record of success in driving conversions and improving key metrics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business goals, target audience insights, and industry best practices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that drive conversions, improve brand awareness, and increase sales.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
