Our company seeks a skilled Omnichannel Cloud Telephony Manager to ensure operational efficiency of call center technology. This key role involves monitoring daily dialer campaign operations, achieving objectives through best practices and software tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based dialing software suites, such as Bright Pattern, MS Office, and SQL Server Management Studio. They will design outbound solution strategies, help create dialer agent scripting, disposition, and reporting solutions, and work closely with the Business Development and Client Services teams.

  • Helping design dialer agent scripting, disposition, and reporting solutions
  • Working with the Business Development team and Client Services team on technology solutions
  • Monitoring performance and efficiencies, providing recommendations for improvements

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work under high pressure. They should have extensive Microsoft Office experience, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint. Additionally, they should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a call center environment, preferably in an outbound analytical role or support capacity.
