Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.

This role involves designing and configuring Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations) as well as implementing Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional experience in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules and excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service and supplier contract agreements, including configurable service packages, renewals, flexible billing, and entitlement processing.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules (contract templates, workflows, and integrations).
  • Implement Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.
  • Support PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks.
Requirements
  • 8–10 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
