Cloud Computing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and engineer scalable, cloud-based services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Deploy and manage applications on various cloud platforms, leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Implement robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Design and build RESTful APIs, integrating with internal and external services to enhance overall system functionality.
  • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, ensuring streamlined development and deployment processes.
  • Establish and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines, utilizing tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA, to drive business success.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-deployed applications and services, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Python programming (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack) for log aggregation and visualization.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Good grasp of continuous integration and delivery, as well as DevOps principles.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Developer Associate, Azure Developer).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Exposure to security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Experience with other observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) is a plus.
