Contract Administrator Job

The Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by creating, validating, and processing contract documentation using standard templates and guidelines.

Responsibilities include liaising with other teams to ensure policy compliance, mitigating corporate risk, and facilitating discussion amongst stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience drafting contractual documents, and be proficient in email, MS Word, and Excel.

They must also be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under time-critical deadlines.

Able to demonstrate resilience in times of change and uncertainty, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures is desired.

Job Overview:

The Contract Administrator job involves creating and managing contracts for strategic, complex transactions that meet regional criteria. The successful candidate will set the overall direction for their assigned managed deal(s) and ensure consistency and adherence with Oracle strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, validate, and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard document templates
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk
  • Facilitate discussion amongst stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms
  • Ensure consistency and adherence with Oracle strategy, commitments, and goals

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in Email, MS Word, and Excel
