Executive - Tendering and Bid Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage our tendering and bidding activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful filing of Tenders/E-Tenders by overseeing the entire process, from tracking tender portals and preparing pre-bid queries to making quotations and submitting high-quality documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all activities for filing Tenders/E-Tenders, ensuring our standards are met and maintained.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for tender management.
  • Keep track of tenders on various portals like GEM, CPPP, IREPS, and Tender Wizard, and maintain a record of applied and upcoming tenders.
  • Download tender documents, understand the exact scope of work, and prepare all necessary documents for submission.
  • Liaise with government bodies for tender inquiries.
  • Prepare pre-bid queries and pre-qualification documents.
  • Make quotations and perform pricing, estimation, and costing (Rate analysis).
  • Evaluate tenders based on commercial conditions and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to approve bid strategies.
  • Be responsible for making high-quality tender submissions tailored to each project's requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of techno-commercial and legal/regulatory terms and conditions of RFPs/Tenders.
  • Good knowledge of GEM Portal, E-Procurement, CCP Portal, and Defense Portal.
  • Understanding of MII (Make in India) and MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises).
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including letter drafting.
  • Experience in tender management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
