Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic plans to expand market share, and ensuring the achievement of targets within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 20+ executives, team leaders, and business managers.
  • Accurately plan, forecast, and achieve fortnightly and monthly client retention and revenue targets from assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
  • Hire, train, and retain team members, formulate their development plans, and ensure fulfillment of training needs.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
  • Provide consultation on digital marketing, recommend, and offer digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct daily in-person meetings with clients onsite.
