**Article Assistant Role Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Article Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our environment, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to audit and assurance activities, consulting projects, corporate law compliance, taxation matters, and startup advisory services.

You will have hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative setting, working closely with experienced professionals to gain valuable insights and skills. If you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently, this could be an exciting opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support audit and assurance activities, including statutory audits, compliance audits, internal audits, and due diligence.
  • Contribute to consulting projects, such as income tax, indirect taxes, start-up advisory, business structuring, and management consulting.
  • Develop knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications.

**Requirements:

  • Clear Both Groups of CA Intermediate Course.
  • Audit & Assurance, Taxation, and Corporate Law knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
