AI Document Specialist

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled AI document specialist to design, train and deploy custom OCR models using leading technologies.
  • The successful candidate will automate document classification and data extraction from structured and unstructured formats, integrating workflows with advanced tools for multilingual processing and NLP-based insights.
  • This role involves building GenAI-powered solutions for semantic understanding and summarization of documents, leveraging cutting-edge frameworks and technologies.
  • Responsibilities include applying image-based document analysis and identity verification techniques, as well as developing scalable pipelines for OCR output post-processing in various formats.
  • Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the highest standards of data privacy and security.

Required Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies and intelligent document processing.
  • Proficiency in Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML stack, and GenAI frameworks is essential.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET are required, along with experience with Azure Form Recognizer, AWS Textract, Rekognition, and Bedrock.
  • Familiarity with EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, and Step Functions is also necessary.
  • Knowledge of document layout analysis, including tables, forms, and key-value pairs, is crucial.
  • Candidates should have experience with NLP tools like AWS Comprehend and translation APIs, as well as an understanding of GenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
  • A background in Consumer, Retail, and Logistics domain document workflows is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in Agile projects, candidates should possess clear and precise communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferable.
