Job Title: AI Automation Specialist

About Us:

We're a forward-thinking organization committed to integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to drive operational efficiency and innovation across all departments. As we scale our AI initiatives, we are looking for a hands-on expert who will help shape and execute our automation strategy, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into broader AI-driven capabilities.

This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities over time.

The key responsibilities of this position include designing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs, automating business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools, developing role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement, collaborating cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities, creating a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization, serving as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices, and staying current on the latest AI advancements and recommending relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development, experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation, a strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency, background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with AI integrations, LLMs, or related platforms is a strong plus.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with additional AI/ML tools or platforms, prior experience driving enterprise-wide automation or digital transformation initiatives, and background in process mapping or change management is a plus.
