About the Role:
As a GST Customer Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving product engagement, maximizing customer satisfaction, and reducing churn. Your ultimate goal is to ensure that customers are successful and fully engaged.

Our team guides clients through the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to product adoption, helping them unlock the full value of our solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and align our products to meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Understanding client objectives and aligning our products to meet their needs
  • Demonstrating the value of our solutions to customers and ensuring high levels of product adoption
  • Identifying both stated and unstated customer issues, providing proactive solutions
  • Building strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term loyalty
  • Managing the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing product usage
  • Monitoring customer engagement to identify at-risk accounts and deploying strategies to mitigate churn
  • Tracking account health, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance product usage
  • Serving as the customer advocate, providing feedback to internal teams to improve our offerings
  • Educating customers on relevant product features, functionalities, and best practices tailored to their specific business needs
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our product roadmap to communicate its value to clients effectively
