Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with potential customers through outbound calls, promoting financial products, and addressing their needs and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, utilizing lead lists to generate interest in our financial products.
  • Clearly articulate the details of various financial products, explaining features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
  • Assess customer needs and financial profiles to determine suitability for specific products and identify potential leads.
  • Persuade customers to apply for desired financial products by addressing their concerns and highlighting benefits.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system, logging call details, and updating lead status.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies regarding customer communication and data privacy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly explain complex financial products and engage with customers effectively.
  • Persuasive selling skills: Confidence to present products convincingly and overcome customer objections.
  • Active listening skills: Understanding customer needs and concerns to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Knowledge of financial products: Thorough understanding of various financial products, their terms and conditions, and market trends.
  • CRM proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management software to manage leads and customer interactions.
