Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in processing transactions, events, and data within a functional team. The position involves complex or regulated tasks, requiring interaction with internal and external parties.

  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate processing of transactions, adhering to relevant controls and SLAs, KRIs, and quality measures.
  • Apply internal and external policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to agreed standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide a point of contact for time-critical, complex, or regulated tasks.
  • Contribute to product/function development, ensuring a superior offering in response to changing client needs and market trends.
  • Evaluate operational, regulatory, and other risks to line managers and functional leads as appropriate, and contribute to mitigation/control solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by providing support and guidance to colleagues.
