Job Title

Senior Finance Executive is a highly skilled professional responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, including GST filing, ITC claims, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and submission of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-2B matching) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Accurate input tax credit (ITC) claims and reconciliation with books.
  • Monitoring GST notices and ensuring timely responses and compliance.
  • Assistance in GST audits and liaison with consultants or statutory auditors.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in GST laws and implementing necessary changes in filing procedures.
  • Finalization and recording of sales transactions and related accounting activities.
  • Regular reconciliation of customer accounts against sales, payments, credit notes, and GST filings.
  • Tracking and following up on outstanding invoices with the sales and collections teams.
  • Resolution of mismatches between books and GST portal entries. Coordination with internal departments (sales, billing, operations) for dispute resolution.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com /MBA
  • Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in ERP Tally
  • Knowledge of GST, Law
