Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Posting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payment posting and dental management software, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Achieve accurate and timely posting of payments and adjustments to patient accounts based on Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), electronic remittance advice (ERA), and other payment documentation.
  • Reconcile deposits with bank statements and daily payment reports to ensure all payments are accounted for.
  • Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and ERAs to identify underpayments, overpayments, and denials.
  • Flag and escalate discrepancies or trends in denials or payment issues to the appropriate department.
  • Post adjustments (e.g., write-offs, contractual adjustments) according to payer contracts and internal policies.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Meet daily and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in payment posting, proficiency in dental management software, and full English proficiency. This is a remote work opportunity that includes benefits and compensation.
