Our team is looking for a skilled Senior Transaction Advisory Professional to join our ranks.

This key role will involve participating in complex transaction advisory engagements, performing comprehensive financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms, and analyzing company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience, including experience in audit or transaction advisory services, is required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be licensed as a CPA or have an equivalent certification, possess advanced MS Excel skills, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
