About Us:

  •     Our organization is seeking an exceptional Human Resources and Administration Manager to lead our HR strategy and oversee administrative functions across our operations.

Job Description:

  •     We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support our organizational goals.

  •     The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.

  •     Responsibilities include overseeing payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.

  •     This role requires coordinating employee engagement, training, and professional development programs.

  •     In addition, the individual will supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services.

  •     The position also involves providing HR data analysis and reports for management decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  •     A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

  •     5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors, is necessary.

  •     The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements.

  •     Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

  •     Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools is mandatory.
