Electrical Maintenance Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for directing and coordinating all electrical maintenance activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure smooth plant operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Analyze equipment performance and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate work activities and plan maintenance shutdowns.
Management of Stores Consumables:
  • Evaluate requirements for new equipment or major repairs and assess the use of existing proposals.
  • Guarantee no material shortages and verify that delivered materials meet required standards.
  • Optimize consumables consumption according to our annual business plan.
5S & Safety:
  • Maintain daily 5S activities on the shop floor.
  • Enforce the use of personal protective equipment by all employees working inside the plant premises.
  • Conduct safety talks and training sessions before starting operational/maintenance activities.
Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through data analysis.
  • Perform quality control tool-based analysis on quality-related issues and suggest changes/modifications.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
People Management:
  • Complete department performance reviews in a timely manner.
  • Conduct skill assessments and work towards improving individual skill indexes.
  • Promote employee engagement activities among team members.
