
Customer Experience Director

The primary role of a Team Lead is to manage and direct a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This involves leading by example, mentoring team members, and fostering an environment that encourages engagement, accountability, and productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring their team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets and objectives. They will provide regular coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance, while also resolving team conflicts and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt and lead in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct a team of customer service representatives.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets and objectives.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Resolve team conflicts and ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Manage day-to-day operations effectively while keeping track of performance and feedback.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer service or BPO environment.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing, motivating, and developing a team to achieve performance targets.
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle conflicts and performance issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate expectations and feedback.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
