Product Director - Customer Experience


Job Description

As a Product Director - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution of the roadmap for our customer experience portfolio. This includes working with development teams to oversee the product roadmap, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives, and measuring the growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. You will work closely with stakeholders across a wide geography to define industry analyst strategies and ensure successful leadership positions in tier 1 vendor reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for the customer experience portfolio
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on key initiatives
  • Measure the growth, retention, and satisfaction of customers and business partners
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver effective releases
  • Define industry analyst strategies and ensure successful leadership positions in tier 1 vendor reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven background and in-depth knowledge of similar customer experience platforms
  • Experience working with sales, development, and marketing teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
